The Semantic Integrity Lab is an evaluation surface for SPP2, a validated architecture that separates what a system knows from what it merely says. It's built for researchers, enterprise architects, government evaluators, and collaborators who want to test the claim directly rather than take it on faith.
What SPP2 separates
Most systems collapse a response into one confident sentence. SPP2 keeps six things separate, on purpose, and shows you all of them:
A result is never a single PASS/FAIL. You will see, independently: whether the evidence actually supports the claim, whether that evidence contradicts itself, whether a governance layer (PrimeWave) has a separate concern about the surrounding action, whether an execution-integrity layer (PEIP) independently allows or denies what's being executed, and whether anything drifted between intent and execution. Each stays visible on its own — a governance concern is never quietly turned into a semantic failure, and vice versa.
Guided experiments
Five short, pre-built cases: a supported claim, a genuine contradiction, a supersession by better evidence, a case where governance disagrees with semantics, and a case where an approved intent's execution diverges.
Layer comparison
Run the same validated 9-case corpus through configurations C-G — from a bare evidence-count check up to the full SPP + PrimeWave + PEIP stack — and see exactly what each added layer catches that the one before it missed.
Challenge mode
Bring your own proposition and evidence. Try to force a false assertion, collapse a contradiction, or manufacture certainty out of nothing. Every run produces a reproducible receipt you can inspect and export.
What this demo does not give you
No source code, no PrimeWave or PEIP internals, no production Janelle access, no other evaluator's data, and no fabricated results — where a measurement genuinely wasn't taken (e.g. a live-production comparison), this demo says so rather than inventing a number.
