Desvy SPP2 PlatformSemantic Evidence Infrastructure

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-23. SPP2 Platform is a product of Desvy Protocol ("Desvy," "we," "us"). This is a general starting-point draft; it has not been reviewed by outside counsel and should be treated as provisional until it has.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using SPP2 Platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

SPP2 Platform provides semantic evidence verification, monitoring, and related infrastructure ("SPP2"). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Verdicts produced by SPP2 reflect the evidence and configuration supplied to it at the time of evaluation and are not a guarantee of factual accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service to violate applicable law; attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authorization controls; submit content you do not have the right to submit; or use the Service to build a competing product using data extracted through unauthorized means.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Data and evidence

You retain ownership of the evidence, propositions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your organization's billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that creates legal or security risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desvy Protocol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
